Kristy Baumann is a Registered Dietitian from St. Paul, Minnesota, who helps runners learn how to fuel properly to support their training and have a healthy relationship with food.

Kristy is on a mission to spread the message that restricting food and following fad diets is not the answer. Having a positive relationship with food is the foundation of fueling well as a runner.

In this conversation we chat with Kristy about her running journey and career as an RDN. In the second half we talk about the beautiful, historical city of St. Paul, MN. RUN

1. Run along the Mississippi River (start at the Cathedral - which is at the end of the Twin Cities Marathon) and run along the river path. Paved with rolling hills - this is a beautiful run!
2. Lebanon Hills Park (Great trails)
3. Along the river path are various trails that you can veer off on a great trail.

EAT AND DRINK
