This week we are honored to have two time Olympian and World Championship Silver Medalist, Kara Goucher on the podcast! Not only is Kara an amazing athlete, she is also a podcast host of the Clean Sport Collective (check it out and subscribe!) and hosts her own women's running retreats. Kara is also an author, a champion of women's rights and an incredible ambassador of our sport. Along with her list of impressive accolades, Kara is kind, down to earth and we had such a fun time chatting with her in this conversation. We cover many topics including the status of her knee and what that means for her running long term, what it was like racing her first 50k (and standing on the podium!)  being a mom during the last crazy year and so much more. Then we dive into the stunning beauty of Boulder, one of the most beautiful places for the world's best athletes to train and live. Kara gives us an incredible amount of information about Boulder from where the best runs are to her favorite place for ice cream. You will NOT want to miss this awesome episode!
