We are so happy to welcome The Run Duo - India Cook and Tommy Mitchell to the show!
India and Tommy are marathoners and hosts of their podcast, The Run Duo that they started in 2018. They have great conversations about running and interview many awesome athletes in the sport - definitely check out their show!

In this conversation, we have a fun and detailed pre-Christmas chat with India and Tommy about the great city of Atlanta and all of their inside tips of the best places to RUN, where to explore, recommendations of where to find tasty food in the city (soul food!), historical hot spots and so much more. We also talk about their running journey, including how they got started in the sport, their entry into the world of podcasting and what they really love about their city of Atlanta. You guys, this was a longer conversation, but India and Tommy are so much fun to talk to!
